Health & Safety Advisor

Current vacancy available for a housing association based  in Birmingham.

The role is based in Birmingham, with occasional travel to various sites across Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester. The role will also have some homeworking available.

The position is for a Health & Safety Advisor working within the maintenance team.

 Monitor H&S compliance within current workplace legislation, current best practice & safe systems of work in maintenance areas.

To act as H&S competent person with the principal design team ensuring planning, managing and monitoring pre construction phase of projects.

To provide audit and reports to senior stakeholders.

Manage risk assessment register.

Manage lone worker system.

Ideally you will have worked within a similar environment and have NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.

Full UK driving licence is essential.
