Disrepair Surveyor

Interim Disrepair Surveyor General day to day duties of the Interim Disrepair Surveyor role will include:

Conducting surveys of housing stock to assess defects and condition of works.

Writing specifications for the property.

Manage contractors throughout works Liaise closely with tenants and manage their expectations, ensuring convenient and high calibre customer service throughout.

Preparation of detailed specifications and contract documentation.

Drafting programmes and cost profiles of repairs and minor works.

The ideal candidate for the Interim Disrepair Surveyor role will: - Have experience with Disrepair Surveying - Be educated to at least HNC in a Building related subject - Have experience of monitoring programmes and managing planned maintenance of Housing Stock - Have knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation, CDM regulations and Building Regulations
