Salary £60,303 - £65,668 - full time - permanent - hybrid working and based in Birmingham.

Essential car allowance £1500 per annum.

The role will involve:

The delivery of Asset Management Strategy for property portfolios including Social Housing, Commercial, Communities, and our unique Heritage buildings.

Analysing property data and information to inform strategic investment decisions.

Overseeing the delivery of  5 year – £24m capital renewal programme

Setting standards and targets for continuous performance improvement that puts the customer at the heart of all our considerations.

Shaping Building Safety and Risk Management plans and programmes

The development of short and medium team sustainability strategy for a range of building portfolios.

Develop and implement departmental Service Improvement Action Plans relating to the Asset Management and  Corporate Plan
