Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor required for a client side organisation working within the estates team.

Manage day to day workload delivering projects effectively. Ensure all projects are completed with snags and defects all addressed and delivered on time within budgets.

To manage fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion using competent and accredited contractor services.

To provide advice to in-house maintenance teams and design team where required.

To conduct building condition surveys across the estate.

To manage contractors ensuring quality, performance and health & safety.

Management of projects from £100k up to £500k.

Produce technical drawings and have experience of AutoCAD.

 

Ideally you will have a HNC in Building, experience of using various IT systems including Microsoft and AutoCAD and have worked within a client side surveying or property role.
