Building Surveyor

Interim Building Surveyor required for a local housing provider.

Duties will include,

  • Pre / post inspections including high rise properties
  • Quality check on contractors works
  • Ensuring works are carried out to specification
  • Stock condition surveys
  • Working as part of wider asset management team
  • Overseeing planned works programmes including kitchen replacement programme, bathroom replacement programme.
  • Ideally you will have a HNC and experience of working within housing providers or local councils.
