Electrician

Electrician required for a housing provider in the West Midlands covering Dudley / Rowley Regis area.

Main Purpose of Job – To complete works in relation to repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works in accordance with trade qualifications. Your role will require you to execute all elements of selected core trade and hold a trade qualification to NVQ level 3 for internal, external works within domestic and commercial properties.

The trade operative is responsible for the co-ordination of materials and plant in order to maximise the effectiveness of building maintenance work undertaken. The work will involve all aspects of the repair process from the initial receipt of a general works order to satisfactory completion of works on site.

You must have level 3 electrical qualification and 2391 qualifications.

Permanent salary circa £37098 plus overtime available and van and tools.
