Building Surveyor

Current vacancy for a leading housing provider in Birmingham to work within the planned works team.

Duties will include,

  • Oversee planned works projects including widow and door replacements.
  • Stock condition surveys.
  • Management of contractors performance including quality and time scales.
  • Providing project updates to project manager.
  • Working as part of property services team.
  • Based in Birmingham, three month contract.
