Planned Works Manager

Planned Works Manager required for a housing provider in Newport.

The role will involve the following duties,

  • Management of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
  • Staff management.
  • Development of processes for project delivery.
  • Budget management.
  • Ensuring relevant CDM and documents are collected.
  • Reporting into Head of Asset Management.

 

Contract role for six months, looking for someone based locally to Newport.
