Compliance Officer

To provide specialist expert Compliance advice and delivering management reports to Contract Monitoring Officer to be included in the monthly Estates and facilities report.

To develop a robust system to monitor developments in compliance issues and ensure regular updates are provided to the team such that the service remains current and up-to-date.

Monitoring and reporting, through Audit delivery standards for all Statutory and Regulatory Estates and Facilities items across the Trust.

Deputise for and undertake the duties of Estates and Facilities colleagues as requested

To manage delegated staff ,PFI partners, consultants and specialist contractors as the duties of the post dictates

Apply sound risk based methodologies to all work undertaken
