Project Manager

A truly great opportunity to work with a leading provider of social housing as it enters a significant programme of works – including – building safety, de carbonisation and major works.

The role is for a Project Manager – salary £50 - £53k, plus £1000 car allowance, remote working and travel to site as required, plus excellent benefits package including local government pension scheme. The position is covering the Walsall area.

Duties will include;

Provide professional services to ensure the successful delivery of projects including design, estimating, valuation, variation, cost control, quality control, statutory approval, timescales, project management, planning/control of the works.

Oversee the procurement, appointment, briefing and management of contractors, consultants and supply chain partnerships. This may include in-house or external parties as appropriate within resourcing plans.

Co-ordinate all CDM requirements, ensuring compliance. 

Ideally you will have MCIOB / MRICS status, with substantial experience within the social housing sector – with a strong focus on contractor management.
