Stock Condition Surveyor

Current vacancy for a Stock Condition Surveyor for a care home provider.

 

The role will involve inspections of fire doors, ensuring relevant measurements and quality is in place.

Inspections will be done via tablet system.

Ideally you will have experience of working on stock condition surveys, fire door surveys, and experience of working on large public buildings.

You must have a full UK driving licence, good IT skills and be able to carry out the duties of a surveyor including use of stairs and ladders.

The role is based across the West Midlands, on going contract for six months.
