Facilities Officer (Mechanical)

Current vacancy for a Facilities Officer (Mechanical) to work with a large public sector client.

 

The role involve working across a wide varied estate, including teaching, residential and commercial properties.

Managing contractors on delivery of mechanical plant maintenance, HVAC and water systems.

Knowledge of working in plant rooms, managing contractors, good IT skills, ideally level 3 qualified in NVQ or City and Guilds.
