Voids Manager
A new opportunity to join a leading housing provider and play a key role in delivering voids maintenance services.
The role is for an Assistant Manager to manage the day to day operational running of our voids service. Reporting directly to our Home Maintenance Services Projects Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring maintenance work is carried efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring key performance targets are met.
You'll need you to have experience working in line with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and Building Safety (fire risk) regulations, as well as a BTEC/ HNC in Building Studies, or equivalent experience within the construction industry. It goes without saying you’ll have experience leading a team, with the ability to communicate at all levels and work well with customers, contractors and other agencies.
